Professionalism

Exhale Remedial Massage Therapy maintains a professional environment and reserves the right to terminate a session in the event of a client's inappropriate behaviour and payment  for appointed service will be rendered in full. Therapeutic massage is strictly non-sexual.

Modesty of clients is always protected. Exhale Massage creates a very safe environment and gives attention to proper draping and appropriateness.

Confidentiality

Client information is kept strictly confidential. I respect your confidentiality and will not share client information. 

Payment

 Eftpos facilities are available at the studio ( with $2 surcharge to cover card costs), Bank transfer or cash.

 Sept until Dec 31st 2025. Weekends 10.00 am - 5.00 pm

Jan 1st 2026 extending hours in studio 

                            Weekdays Tues-Fri 9.00 am -5.00 pm

                             Weekends 10.00 am - 4.00 pm

Treatment times

Sessions begin and end at scheduled times. If you arrive late, it may not be possible to extend your treatment; it might run into the next client's session. If it is your FIRST appointment, you will fill out a health history form and discuss your goals for your massage.

Cancellation

A reminder text is sent out to confirm bookings. If however, you need to cancel within 12 hours, please let me know as soon as possible so session times can be made available to other clients. Thank you.
